RetireRebel Accessibility Policy & Statement
These services are provided by FlowGrowth LLC, doing business as RetireRebel (“RetireRebel,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Accessibility Commitment & Conformance Hedge
RetireRebel is dedicated to making its web applications accessible to everyone, including individuals with disabilities. We design and develop interfaces with WCAG 2.2 Level AA as the target standard. Conformance is partial while we continue correcting known gaps and validating new surfaces.
Please note that digital accessibility is an ongoing, continuous effort. A formal full-site WCAG conformance audit has not been completed in this repository, and new feature releases or rapid interface updates may occasionally introduce accessibility gaps that we work to identify and remediate.
Technical Specifications & Design Features
- Color & Contrast: Interface palettes are intended to maintain readable contrast; final WCAG contrast verification remains part of ongoing QA.
- Keyboard Control: Workflows, financial calculators, form fields, and modal interfaces are structured for sequential keyboard navigation using standard focus indicators.
- Semantic Structure: Code structure utilizes native HTML5 elements, page and section headings (some in-app pages still skip a heading level, which we are correcting), clear form label pairings, and ARIA attributes for complex components.
- Multi-Modal Data Visualizations: Charts and financial roadmap outputs rely on combination patterns—incorporating shape keys, textures, and textual data tables—rather than color cues alone.
Unsolicited Demand Notice (Defense Provision)
RetireRebel takes accessibility compliance seriously and welcomes genuine user feedback to improve accessibility for individuals with disabilities.
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for predatory, bad-faith, automated web-scraping litigation or form-letter “demand letters” generated by serial litigants without a bona fide attempt to use the platform. Before issuing any legal claim or formal notice, parties must submit a detailed description of the barrier encountered via our designated process below and provide RetireRebel a reasonable 30-day cure period to audit, verify, and fix any valid technical issue.
Feedback & Reporting Process
If you encounter a functional barrier while using RetireRebel, please contact our team:
- Email: accessibility@retirerebel.com
- Required Details: Please state the web page or feature URL, describe the barrier encountered, specify the assistive technology used (e.g., Screen Reader name, version, browser), and include your preferred contact details.
We review incoming user tickets promptly and aim to acknowledge all genuine reports within 2 business days.
